What You'll Need
- one quarter cup cider vinegar
- three Tbsp dijon mustard
- three cloves garlic, minced
- two Tbsp lime juice
- one and one half Tbsp lemon juice
- one half cup brown sugar
- one and one half tsp salt
- four Tbsp olive oil
- one quarter tsp pepper
- six boneless skinless chicken breast halves
How to Make It
- Whisk together vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, olive oil and pepper.
- Pour over chicken and refrigerate for eight hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Grill chicken for eight to ten minutes per side, or until done.
