Texas Tacos







What You'll Need



  • one and one quarter 1b ground beef
  • one half red or green bell pepper, diced finely
  • one small white onion, diced
  • one package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix
  • one (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • one cup frozen corn
  • eight Old El Paso™ Stand 'N Stuff™ bold nacho cheese flavored taco shells, warmed
  • Toppings:

  • shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro

How to Make It

  1. In a large skillet, brown the beef, bell pepper, and onion until done and no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and corn.
  4. Simmer until the mixture is heated through, about four to five minutes.
  5. Spoon meat mixture into warmed shells and top with desired toppings.
