What You'll Need
- five to six corn in husks
- CILANTRO BUTTER
- one half cup unsalted butter
- one cup cilantro leaves
- one half lime juiced
- kosher salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Trim ends of corn and place in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for 2½ hours or low for five hours.
- Remove husk and enjoy with cilantro butter.

- In a food processor or blender place diced butter with cilantro and lime juice.
- Pulse until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
